Firestone Complete Auto Care

Scheduled a rotation and alignment. Took off work for appointment. Told when I arrived that they couldn’t align my truck because it wouldn’t fit on the lift even though I told them what vehicle I had when I made the appointment. Told after 30 minutes of waiting that they couldn’t rotate my tires because there was another car on the lift. Asked if they could rotate tires without a lift they said no. I love Firestone tires but will probably not return to any Firestone Complete Auto Care location or purchase Firestone brand tires due to this experience. Very unprofessional.

Greg went above and beyond in ensuring my warranty services were completed, and completed correctly. No broken TPMS sensors, and I can really feel how well the new tires drive. My friend used to work at Firestone and swears by them, now I know why!

Firestone in Appleton is top-notch. The team does everything right. When it’s a quick fix, you’re rolling out fast. If it’s a big job like a suspension overhaul, they put in the time and care. You’ll drive off with a perfect alignment and a smile.

This place will drain your pocket. I went in with a noise coming from the front door end, was told that I needed new struts, and that was making the noise. They also gave me a list of other things that are wrong but with 300,000 miles, all I wanted was the noise gone. Price to fix was 2,500, I told them to go ahead fix it. I went to pick it up, nobody said a word and said it was finished. I drove out of the parking lot with the same noise, did a U turn and took it back. 2 days later, I then was told it was a bushing in the front end. They said they would fix at their cost. I called to see if it was done, they then said there was a noise in the back end, which I never heard before I took it to them, low and behold, over a thousand to fix, not a chance will I spend another dime at this place. I will never take my vehicle to place again.

Sunday morning tire blowout less than a mile from the West College Ave Firestone in Appleton. Even on a Sunday around 11 AM they got me in, replaced all 4 tires the same day. All while I watched the Packers game with my son in the lobby! Super friendly, fast, and professional. Huge thanks to this crew — highly recommend this location. Date of service: 11/02/2025
